Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from one end to the other.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps seam side down until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes), then flip carefully to melt the cheese completely.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
