Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads (14.5 ounces total)
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the flatbreads on it. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the flatbreads for about 5 minutes until warmed and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and spread buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Top with diced chicken and mozzarella cheese, then drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until edges are browned and cheese is bubbly. For a darker top, broil on high for the last minute.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
