- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 pizza dough, defrosted
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Stir in ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo sauce until well mixed.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a long rectangle.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Roll up the dough tightly into a log shape and seal the ends.
- Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
