Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats

- ½ cup protein powder (vanilla)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to mash them.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
