Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Refrigerate.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until softened, then add ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding. Spread special sauce on each tortilla, add cooked beef, lettuce, cheese, and pickles if desired.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
