- 1½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips (if using), and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the bars appear set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
