Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil on the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and slightly browned.
- While roasting, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until simmering and slightly thickened (3 to 5 minutes).
- Transfer roasted cauliflower to a bowl and pour the warm sauce over it. Toss gently until well-coated. Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
