Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 6-8 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Melt butter in the skillet; whisk in flour for about 2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually stir in beef broth until thickened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Slowly add milk and whisk until creamy (approx. 5-7 minutes).
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked noodles and browned beef into the sauce; heat through on low.
- Stir in sour cream before serving hot.
